Return & Refund Policy

At Threadstorm, every item is custom-made just for you. Because we use a made-to-order production model through our partner Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect, misprint, or issue with the order.

All Sales Are Final

We cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • Providing an incorrect address at checkout

Please double-check your order before submitting — especially size and shipping info!

We Will Replace Items That Are:

  • Misprinted or damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

  • Lost in transit (with verified tracking failure)

To qualify, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the issue

  3. A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no cost or issue a refund if appropriate.

Shipping Delays or Lost Packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order seems lost:

  • U.S. Orders: Contact us after 14 business days

  • International Orders: Contact us after 30 business days

We’ll help investigate and either resend the item or escalate with the carrier.

Size Questions?

All items have size charts on their product pages. Since every item is made to order, we cannot exchange sizes — so please check carefully before buying!
