Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Threadstorm! All of our items are made to order and fulfilled through our trusted production partner, Printful. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Production Time

Because each item is custom-made just for you, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. This timeframe depends on the product and current demand.

Shipping Times (After Fulfillment)

Estimated delivery times once your item is produced:

  • USA: 3–6 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide, but please check local customs and import regulations if you’re outside the U.S. Any duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. Please allow 48 hours for tracking info to update after the item leaves the warehouse.

Shipping Delays or Issues

While rare, shipping delays can happen. If your order is:

  • Lost in transit: Contact us after 14 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international).

  • Delivered but not received: Please double-check your address and contact your local carrier before reaching out.

  • Returned to sender due to an address issue: You’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Incorrect Addresses

Make sure your shipping info is accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Partial Shipments

Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on availability and location of fulfillment centers.
